Cardano (ADA) is Linking up With Chainlink (LINK)

The CEO of IOHK and co-founder of Cardano Charles Hoskinson has confirmed in his latest video update held to keep the community abreast of happenings in the ecosystem that the Cardano (ADA) blockchain is having a tet a tete with Chainlink founder Sergey Nazarov.

Hoskinson did not reveal the outcomes of the conversation; however, he said there would be an official statement to the discussion and partnership when the time comes.

The co-founder of Cardano said he believes in giving Cardano users multiple options and will, therefore, reveal the outcome of the discussion with Chainlink at the right time.

Hoskinson said Chainlink is a great product that has the potential of being part of a broader oracle solution. The programmer said it was germane to give Cardano developers and users multiple options and everything, from stablecoins to oracles.

Awaiting what a collaboration with Chainlink will bring forth to the Cardano ecosystem, Chainlink and Cardano are going to be integrated together and that was exactly what he discussed with the founder of Chainlink.

He mentioned that he discussed how to go about the integration and the discussion is about to bear fruit.

During the update, he was asked how long it would take for the ADA Light Wallet to be updated, however, the creator of Cardano blockchain said he had not used the wallet before, but it should be in the list of what needs to be updated in the ecosystem.

He mentioned that the team would brief the community on the list of things that would be updated in the Cardano infrastructure.

In Africa, he said the Cardano tendered to enter into the voucher business, telecommunications, and the transportation sector in Ethiopia.

On the Cardano Microchip project, Hoskinson mentioned that the idea could take a lot of time since it is an academic project requiring lots of research and ideas.

The Cardano founder said he would bring in a product manager to have the project expedited.

Early, Charles Hoskinson had sought the acceptance of Litecoin’s co-founder, Charlie Lee to integrate the Cardano blockchain with the Litecoin ecosystem.

Hoskinson proposed to Charlie on Twitter. However, it is still not clear what the two ecosystems are going to be developing aside the cross-chain idea the co-founder of Cardano brought forward.

Cardano’s Charles Hoskinson is interested in creating several opportunities for Cardano users. The cerebral co-founder wants to bring in different ideas to make the ecosystem outstanding, he had claimed in several updates.
